Men's Volleyball To Meet Long Beach State In Big West Finals

IRVINE, Calif. – The top-seeded University of Hawai'i men's volleyball team will seek its fifth OUTRIGGER Big West Championship when it meets second-seeded Long Beach State, Friday at the Bren Events Center in Irvine, Calif. The Rainbow Warriors (27-4) advanced to the title match after a 3-1 victory over UC San Diego in Friday's semifinals while the Beach (23-4) defeated host UC Irvine in the other semifinal.

  • UH has the most Big West Championship titles among the league (2019, '22, '23, and '25).
  • Hawai'i has a 4-1 all-time record in the finals. UH's only loss was to Long Beach State in 2018 in Long Beach.
