HONOLULU – The third-ranked University of Hawai'i men's volleyball team will host the 30th OUTRIGGER Volleyball Invitational, Thursday, March 12 through Saturday, March 14 at Bankoh Arena at Stan Sheriff Center. The tournament features the nation's top-ranked team UCLA (16-0) along with 14th-ranked Lewis (12-7) and Mount Olive (8-4). For three decades, the OUTRIGGER is considered the premiere in-season tournament in collegiate men's volleyball.

- You don't want to miss this as UCLA is coming to town for the ultimate showdown at the Warrior Block Party!
- OUTRIGGER is in on the action, handing out ACE/ROOF Rally Towels to the first 5,000 fans (starting at 5:30pm at Gate A) and bringing a special performance at intermission from the Honolulu Festival.
- It's a Green & White Night! We're calling all fans to come to the Warrior Block Party ready: Lower section wear WHITE and Upper Section wear GREEN.
- The men's volleyball team will be joining the Warrior Block Party and will be sporting exclusive Hawai'i Flag Jerseys on Saturday, which will be auctioned off to support the future of our amazing student-athletes. The auction will open on Friday, March 13 and closes on Monday, March 16.

FIRST SERVE
- Hawai'i has 11 overall OUTRIGGER titles, including five of the last eight (2016, '17, '19, '20, and '24) with an all-time tournament record of 55-30.
- UH is 21-3 in the OUTRIGGER dating back to 2016.
- The OUTRIGGER has featured the nation's No. 1 ranked team in four of the last five tournaments — 2020 (UH), '23 (UH), '24 (GCU), and '26 (UCLA).
- UCLA has made 15 OUTRIGGER appearances with nine titles and a 37-7 all-time record. The Bruins last competed in the tournament in 2023 and their last title occurred in 2014, the final year of their OUTRIGGER four-peat.
- Lewis has made eight appearances with a 9-15 mark. The Flyers are making their second appearance in the last three seasons. Lewis' best finish was runner-up in 2012 and '16.
- Mount Olive, a member of Conference Carolinas, is making its first OUTRIGGER appearance and will face UH for the first time.
- UCLA leads the all-time series with Hawai'i, 66-31. The Bruins have won the last two in the series, both occuring in the NCAA Championship tournament.
- Hawai'i leads the all-time series with Lewis, 20-2, which includes a current seven-match win streak and an 18-2 advantage in Honolulu. UH's last loss to the Flyers occurred at home in the 2012 OUTRIGGER.
- Since leaving the MPSF, UH has a 37-8 record vs. MPSF teams since 2018, including a 5-1 mark this season.
- Wade has a 12-14 all-time record versus UCLA, including a 6-9 mark in Honolulu. Also under Wade, Hawai'i has an 8-10 record against AVCA No. 1-ranked teams dating back to 2011 (7-4 at home and 1-6 on the road).
