SANTA BARBARA — The University of Hawai'i men's tennis team (3-8) fell to Santa Clara, 4-1 on Saturday at the Arnhold Tennis Center on the campus of UC Santa Barbara.

In doubles, the 'Bows fell on Courts No.'s 1 and 2. UH's No. 3 duo of Andy Hernandez and Quinn Snyder were leading 5-3 when the doubles point was claimed..

In singles, Quinn Snyder captured the only win for the Rainbow Warriors. Snyder defeated SCU's Lukas Maskow in straight sets at No. 2, 6-3, 6-2. Snyder remains undefeated in singles play on the season at 7-0. UH's No. 4.Tianhao Hou won his first set against SCU's Luca Bluett but then dropped the second set and went unfinished, 6-3, 6-3.  

The 'Bows continue their five game road trip tomorrow against 69th-ranked UC Santa Barbara in their Big West opener. The match will take place at the Arnhold Tennis Center at 12:30 p.m..
