IRVINE, Calif. – The University of Hawai'i men's volleyball team garnered two of the Big West's weekly player of the week awards following a two-match series sweep of No. 5 BYU last week in Provo, Utah.

Kristian Titriyski earned Freshman of the Week and middle blocker
Kurt Nusterer was Defensive Player of the Week.
The duo helped the Rainbow Warriors sweep the season series over the Cougars in Provo for the first time in program history. UH entered the week 4-29 all-time in Provo but have now won three straight since 2019.
This week marks the second time this season that UH was honored by the Big West. Following UH's season-opening series sweep of McKendree,
Adrien Roure captured both offensive and freshman of the week awards while Rosenthal won the setter of the week.
