HONOLULU – The University of Hawai'i men's volleyball team will play a 30-match regular season schedule in 2026 which includes 17 home contests at Bankoh Arena at Stan Sheriff Center and a competitive non-conference slate featuring several perennial national powers.

In all, 20 of the 30 matches are against teams ranked in the final 2025 AVCA poll, including seven Top 10 teams – No. 1 Long Beach State, No. 2 UCLA, No. 4 Pepperdine, No. 5 UC Irvine, No. 7 Loyola Chicago, No. 9 CSUN, No. 10 UC San Diego – along with No. 12 Stanford, No. 15 Lewis, No. 17 UC Santa Barbara, and No. 18 Penn State.

For the 30th time, UH will play host to one of the nation's premiere in-season tournaments, the OUTRIGGER Invitational. This year's field is headlined by nine-time tourney champion UCLA of the Mountain Pacific Sports Federation in addition to Lewis of the Midwestern Intercollegiate Volleyball Association, and Mount Olive of Conference Carolinas. The tournament runs March 12-14 with two matches each day.

UH will open the season with an eight-match homestand with a pair of two-match series against NJIT, Jan. 2 & 4 and Loyola Chicago, Jan. 8 & 9. Hawai'i will then host a pair of rare double-headers, Jan. 14 and 16 against start-up programs Roberts Wesleyan, a third-year Division II school located in Rochester, N.Y., and Rockhurst, a second-year Division II school from Kansas City, Mo. Match times are 11:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. each day.

The Rainbow Warriors begin a seven-match road swing beginning with a single-match at Saint Francis in Loretto, Pa., followed by two-match series at Penn State (Jan. 30 & 31) and Stanford (Feb. 13 & 14). The Warriors are one of four teams competing in a NIL Tournament, Feb. 19 & 20 at the Honda Center in Anaheim, Calif. More information about the tournament including opponents and match times will be announced in the coming weeks.

Following the tournament, UH returns to Honolulu for the first time in 55 days to host a two-match series with Pepperdine, March 4 & 6 before the OUTRIGGER Invitational.

Hawai'i begins its ninth season in the Big West with a two-match series at defending national champion Long Beach State, March 20 & 21. UH will then host UC Santa Barbara, March 27 & 28, before four straight road matches at UC Irvine, April 3 & 4 and at UC San Diego, April 10 & 11. The Warriors close out the regular season against CSUN, April 17 & 18.

The Big West Championship will be played in Irvine, Calif., April 23-25. The NCAA Championship runs May 7-11 in Los Angeles, Calif.
