Rainbow Warrior Trio Named MW's Weekly Winners

COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. – University of Hawai'i captured three of the four Mountain West weekly awards after its dominant 38-6 win over league-leader San Diego State Saturday at Clarence T.C. Ching Complex.

Wide receiver Jackson Harris, running back/kick returner Cam Barfield, and quarterback Micah Alejado was named Offensive, Special Teams, and Freshman of the Week, respectively.

For Harris and Barfield, the award marked the first of their career while Alejado was honored for the fifth time this season and sixth of his career. Alejado was also named Davey O'Brien Award's Great 8 for the second time this season.
