Swim & Dive Announces 2025-26 Schedule

HONOLULU—The University of Hawai'i men's and women's swimming and diving programs announced their 2025-26 schedule on Tuesday.

"Our schedule this year will push our team to bring their best against a wide range of competition," head coach Steve Allnutt explained. "It's the first year since 2017-2018 that we will face multiple conference rivals in-season. Additionally, we go up against some of the top teams in the nation from day one in diving and swimming. It's a complete schedule worthy of our championship-focused student-athletes. We will use it to mold our team into a well-rounded squad when the conference championships roll around. Go Bows!"

The Rainbow Wahine and Rainbow Warrior swimmers open the season on the road on Oct. 10-11 at the UCSD Triton Invitational in La Jolla, Calif. The five-team field features Hawai'i, California, Stanford (women's team only), UC Santa Barbara, and host UC San Diego.

Hawai'i's home opener features a pair of dual meets against Grand Canyon on Friday Oct. 24 and Saturday Oct. 25 at the Duke Kahanamoku Aquatic Complex. It marks the second straight season that UH will battle the Lopes to open its home schedule. This year, there will be special marketing promotions during the meets—including free t-shirts thrown into the crowd by the current team members.

UH's men's and women's diving teams will then head to Riverside, Calif., the following weekend to compete in the CBU Diving Invite hosted by Cal Baptist from Oct. 31-Nov. 1.

Swimming and diving combines forges in Dallas for the SMU Invitational, Nov. 19-22. It is UH's fifth straight appearance at the event. The seven-team event includes Hawai'i, Drury, Air Force, Stanford, Miami (Fla.), Utah and host SMU.

The 'Bows resume competition a month later and close out the 2025 calendar year on Dec. 22 in Salt Lake City with a dual meet against Utah.

UH returns to the DKAC to face BYU on Jan. 3, and celebrate Senior Night against Pacific Lutheran on Jan. 5—the final regular season competition for the men's and women's swimming teams. The diving squads will wrap up their regular season schedule in Los Angeles competing in the UCLA Diving Invitational hosted by the Bruins from Jan. 9-11.

The Rainbow Wahine and Rainbow Warriors will then head to Houston to compete in the 2026 Big West Championships from Feb. 11-14. The 'Bows will continue north to College Station, Texas, to compete in the Last Chance Meet hosted by Texas A&M from Feb. 26-28.

NCAA Zone E Diving Championships will be held from March 9-11 in Flagstaff, Ariz., followed by the NCAA Championships in Atlanta. The women's championships will take place from March 18-21, followed by the men's championships held from March 25-28.
