HONOLULU – Coming off of a strong opening meet to start the indoor season, the Hawai'i women's track & field team heads to Seattle for the UW Invite Friday and Saturday at the Dempsey Indoor Center.
The meet begins Friday at 1 p.m. HT while final day-action on Saturday gets underway at 7 a.m. HT.

The Rainbow Wahine turned in a solid opening weekend at the Spokane Indoor Challenge to start the season, totaling 13 new program top 10 marks, a school record and five MPSF-leading marks.
Alyssa Mae Antolin ran the best ever time by a UH runner in the 300m with a 39.50, marking the fourth different event – indoor or outdoor – that Antolin now owns the school record in.
Freshman
Isabella Kneeshaw turned in a strong collegiate debut, posting a pair of individual program top 10 times while contributing a top 10 in the DMR. The Tualatin, Ore. native ran the second-fastest indoor 200m time in UH history with a 24.89 on day two after running a 7.70 in the 60m to move into the No. 4 spot all-time. Kneeshaw also ran a 56.57 on the 400m leg for a DMR squad that ran the eighth-fastest time in program history.
Amy Warrington and
Tara Wyllie each added two new school top 10s, with Warrington moving up in both the 60m and 200m lists and Wyllie climbing in the 60m hurdle and triple jump top 10s.
Sammie Gordon made it a trio of new top 10s in the 200m by moving into fourth all-time while
Rose Forshaw and
Hallee Mohr led the UH throwers with new top 10s in the shot put and weight throw.
Carlin McFadden took over the No. 7 spot on the UH 800m top 10 list while
Emilie Kirk Langschwager cracked the indoor mile top 10 in ninth all-time. A pair of relay squads also added their names to top 10 lists with the 4x400m relay squad of Gordon, Antolin,
Anna Marx and Warrington moving into seventh in school history while Langschwager, Kneeshaw, McFadden and
Zola O'Donnell ran the eighth-fastest DMR in UH history.
