HUNTSVILLE, Ala. – The University of Hawai'i beach volleyball duo of Kaylee Glagau and Julia Thelle concluded action at the AVCA Fall Collegiate Beach Pairs Championship with a straight set loss Sunday in consolation play at the John Hunt Park.
 
The tandem fell to Reilly Allred and Parker Bracken of LSU by scores of 21-18 and 21-16. Glagau and Thelle who advanced to the 32-pair championship bracket after a strong showing in pool play, faltered in the final two days,  dropping three of four matches. The duo went 3-4 overall over the weekend and finshed in a tie for 23rd in the 64-team field. 

The BeachBows will continues its fall season by hosting Cal Poly and Florida State in the Kauai Invitational, Nov. 17-19, at Kalapaki Beach. The weekend will include a meet-and-greet with UH players and coaches on Saturday, Nov. 18 from 8:00-9:30 a.m.
