SAN DIEGO, Calif.--Six members if the University of Hawai'i women's tennis team will travel to San Diego, Calif. to compete in the ITA Southwest Regional Championships hosted by the University of San Diego and San Diego State University.
Nikola Homolkova,
Anna Kern,
Nelly Knezkova,
Joelle Lanz,
Sheena Masuda, and
Ana Vilcek will be making the trip to battle against the Southwest's best at both the Skip and Cindy Hogan Tennis Center (USD) and the Aztec Tennis Complex (SDSU).

The Rainbow Wahine, the defending Big West regular season and tournament champions are looking to have a strong season this year. Returnees Homolkova, Kern, and Vilcek will lead the 'Bows into this week's Regionals. Newcomers Knezkova, Lanz and Long Beach State transfer
