The Rainbow Wahine are coming off of their sixth MPSF title in the last seven years and despite losing All-American Laticia Transom to graduation, return a number of contributors from last year's conference-title winning squad.

Three out of the four from the Rainbow Wahine relay squad that made it to NCAAs last year are back, as 2023 MPSF Freshman of the Year Holly Nelson and fifth-year seniors Anna Friedrich and Gabrielle Scudamore will look to lead UH back to another league title in 2023-24. Last year's MPSF 1-meter diving champion Isabelle Lombardi is back to lead the Rainbow Wahine divers while breaststrokers Mandolin Nguyen and Kathryn Ivanov and backstroke specialist Dorottya Dobos will look to build off of top-three MPSF finishes a season ago.

After finishing in third place at the MPSF Championships last year, the Rainbow Warriors will welcome back a majority of those who put up points at the 2023 conference meet. Men's 1-meter and 3-meter diving champion Mackaby Pennington will return to lead the Warrior diving squad while three of the four who made up the school-record setting squad in both the 400 and 800 free relay are back in Jordan Meacham, Tim Gallagher and Mario Surkovic.

Additionally, MPSF runner-up in the 50 free and fourth-place finisher in the 100 fly Grant Stoddard returns while five others who own top 10 marks in program history are back in Milan Bukovics, Tom Caps, Tomer Goldfaden, Juan Gonzalez and Justin Lisoway.

Following the USC Invitational, the UH swimming and diving programs will return home before heading to the SMU Invitational, Nov. 15-18.
