ATHLETICS TRAFFIC ADVISORY FOR FRIDAY, MAY 13

HONOLULU-- The University of Hawai'i Athletics Department is anticipating heavy traffic and large crowds for another fun and exciting weekend of events. UH Mānoa Commencement is scheduled for 5:30 p.m. at the SimpliFi Arena, while UH Athletics will be hosting a baseball game at Les Murakami Stadium from 6:35 p.m.

Expect heavy traffic and delays. Parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis.

The UH Mānoa Commuter Services department is encouraging fans to:

Allow for extra transit time.
Arrive early.
Access lower campus via the Dole Street or Waialae Avenue entrances.
Use alternate parking zones on upper campus.
Avoid tailgating/loitering in the parking structure, which are prohibited.

Main Parking Structure (Zone 20):

Men's baseball green zone reserved parking passes
- All vehicles, including those with reserved parking passes, must park in their designated location on the first floor of the parking structure (across from Ching Field).
General parking will be available in the Zone 20 structure
- Parking may be purchased on event day at the Dole Street or Waialae Avenue kiosks. Entry fee is $7 per vehicle. Cash and credit cards are accepted. *Exact change is appreciated.

Alternate Parking - Upper Campus:
There are two entry gates on upper campus: Maile Way and East-West Road. Parking may be purchased at the kiosks upon entry for $7 on game day. Please follow the directions given by parking guards and staff. Click here to download the upper campus parking and open restroom map (PDF).
