SANTA CRUZ, Calif. – The University of Hawai'i men's golf team sits in 14^th place following the second round of the 75^th Western Intercollegiate presented by Topgolf and Titleist Tuesday.
 
The Rainbow Warriors carded a 394 and were able to finish their round before darkness set on the Pasatiempo Golf Club. The second round was suspended with two golfers still on the course.
 
UH has a 789 total, 11 strokes behind 12^th-ranked Stanford for 13^th place. Texas holds the clubhouse lead at 727 after a second round 356 followed by Pepperdine (731) and San Diego State (744).
 
UH freshman Tyler Ogawa made the turn at even par for his round before posting five bogeys for a round of 75. The Honolulu native is tied for 24^th at 9-over 149.
 
Freshman Atsuya Oishi is tied for 44^th at 154 after a 76. Others competing for the Rainbow Warriors are Zachary Sagayaga (161; t-81^st), AJ Teraoka (161; t-81^st), Matt Lloyd (164; t-86^th), and Pierce Braun (170; 91^st).
 
Individually, Colorado State's Rasmus Hjelm leads the standings at 1-under 139 after a second round 69. Pierceson Coody of Texas and Dylan Menante of Pepperdine is tied for second at 2-over 142.
 
The final round is scheduled for Wednesday at 7:30 a.m. PST with split tees at No. 1 and No. 10.
