SANTA CRUZ, Calif. – The University of Hawai'i men's golf team sits in 14
th place following the second round of the 75
th Western Intercollegiate presented by Topgolf and Titleist Tuesday.
The Rainbow Warriors carded a 394 and were able to finish their round before darkness set on the Pasatiempo Golf Club. The second round was suspended with two golfers still on the course.
UH has a 789 total, 11 strokes behind 12
th-ranked Stanford for 13
th place. Texas holds the clubhouse lead at 727 after a second round 356 followed by Pepperdine (731) and San Diego State (744).
UH freshman
Tyler Ogawa made the turn at even par for his round before posting five bogeys for a round of 75. The Honolulu native is tied for 24
th at 9-over 149.

Atsuya Oishi is tied for 44
th at 154 after a 76. Others competing for the Rainbow Warriors are

Individually, Colorado State's Rasmus Hjelm leads the standings at 1-under 139 after a second round 69. Pierceson Coody of Texas and Dylan Menante of Pepperdine is tied for second at 2-over 142.
The final round is scheduled for Wednesday at 7:30 a.m. PST with split tees at No. 1 and No. 10.
