HONOLULU – The University of Hawai'i women's water polo team had their 12-game home streak snapped in a 12-9 loss to the USC Trojans Friday night at the Duke Kahanamoku Aquatic Complex.

Elyse Lemay-Lavoie and sophomore utility
Lara Luka both found their second goals of the match to close the gap to one. However, USC netted a buzzer-beater on the quarter's final possession and took a 10-8 lead into the last eight minutes of play.
UH managed one goal from freshman attacker
Paula Prats Rodriguez in the fourth, but it would not be enough to mount a comeback.
