HONOLULU—The University of Hawai'i men's tennis team (4-1, 0-0 BWC) cruised past Concordia University Irvine (DII), 4-0 on Friday afternoon. The Rainbow Warriors have won its last four-straight matches.
 
UH started by capturing the doubles point. UH's No. 3 duo of Blaz Seric and Kilian Maitre defeated CUI's Adrian D'auost and Adam Large, 6-2. On the No. 1 court, partners Andre Ilagan and Axel Labrunie held off Mike Jansen and Czarnikow by a break, 6-4, to give UH a 1-0 lead.
 
In singles, the 'Bows quickly dispatched the Eagles, winning the first three matches completed. In the No. 6 slot, UH's Maitre nearly blanked D'auost, 6-1, 6-0 to lead things off. Playing at No. 1, 11^th-ranked Ilagan followed with a 6-3, 6-0 win over Czarnikow and UH's No. 2 Seric notched a 6-0, 6-2 win over Jan Simon.
 
The Rainbow Warriors now have 35-days until its next match. UH will travel to California to take on San Diego State on March 19. Hawai'i will then open its Big West season at UC San Diego on March 21.
