HONOLULU—The legend of Mike Brown keeps building as the University of Hawai'i head diving coach, who is entering his 40th year of coaching, was recently named to the CSCAA Centennial Blue Ribbon Panel.

The panel is made up of fifty-eight voters, with fourteen additions expected. The group consists of influential figures from across college swimming and diving, including current and former coaches, past athletes, and media members. 

On top of recently being named to the panel, Brown's accolades are unmatched in the profession. He's a member of the Hawai'i and Texas swimming and diving Hall of Fames, a member of the University of Texas Swimming and Diving Hall of Honor, among other honors was selected as the FINA Coaching Award of Excellence in 2014. 

Brown will continue to build on his legacy with assistant diving coach Anita Rossing for the 2021-2022 season as they will enter their 22nd year of coaching at UH.
