'Bows in the Pros: Opening Day 2020

Amid the COVID-19 pandemic, Major League Baseball shortened the 2020 season to just 60 games, down from the 162-game regular length season. With that change also came the cancellation of the minor league season, meaning just three of the 11 Rainbow Warriors in professional baseball will have an Opening Day on Friday, although four alumni made 40-man rosters.

2019 Gold Glove Award winner Kolten Wong gets the 2020 season started with the St. Louis Cardinals against Pittsburgh, while Josh Rojas and Greg Garcia made the Opening Day rosters for the Arizona Diamondbacks and San Diego Padres, respectively.
