"Behind The Athlete" is an in-depth video series produced by Hawai'i Athletics featuring current student-athletes and their accomplishments. Production and voice talent was provided by UH Manoa graduate Kristen Kumakura. 

Petra Melounova has undoubtedly left her mark on the women's tennis program as the most decorated student-athletes to ever compete at the UH Tennis Complex. She has racked up numerous honors and awards, solidifying her legacy. Still, her story is even more eye-opening as she moved halfway around the world from Havlíčkův Brod, Czech Republic, to go where no UH tennis player has gone before.
