'Bows Kitchen presented by Safeway, is a new University of Hawai'i Athletics Department video series featuring coaches, staff, and student-athletes making their favorite recipes in their own kitchen.

In this week's episode, women's soccer associate head coach Marc Fournier, with a little assistance from his son Matisse, demonstrates a step-by-step recipe for crepes, a thin pancake with origins from Fournier's home country of France. 

Fournier, who completed his 10th season with the Rainbow Wahine and fourth as associate head coach, works with the team's goalkeepers. He is a native of the Bordeaux region in France.
