th overall at the UC Riverside Invitational, head coach
Tim Boyce rolled with a six-woman team that logged 41 points, with a scoring order of 1-5-10-11-14.
"We rested the majority of the group that competed at Riverside last week," Boyce said. "This was more of an opportunity for the rest of the team to compete and overall they did well. Shannon won comfortably and should be good to go for her first travel trip for us next weekend. Sophia (Morgan) displayed a strong finishing kick to earn top 5 honors. Looking forward to our meet in Sacramento next Saturday."

Jeanalyn Wadsack-Myers finished 10

Rounding out the scoring five, freshman
Terra Stevens competed in her second collegiate race, producing a 16
th overall finish (23:34.0).
Also competing for UH, junior
Lisa Tashiro finished 25
th (25:56.0).
The Rainbow Wahine will travel to California to compete at the Capital Cross Challenge hosted by Sacramento State, next Saturday September 28
