OTTAWA, ONTARIO, CANADA—Former University of Hawai'i women's indoor and beach volleyball player Emily Maglio was one of 18 players selected to the Canadian Indoor National Team.
 
Maglio, who most recently earned AVCA All-America honorable mention honors in beach volleyball this past Spring, will compete with Team Canada at the Challenge Cup—a continental pre-qualifier for the Volleyball Nations League to be held in Chateaugauay, QC from May 31 – June 2.
 
Team Canada will also compete in the Pan American Games in Peru later this summer and the Women's Olympic Qualifier in Russia from August 2-4, as well as other select international competitions.
