ROHNERT PARK, Calif.--The University of Hawai'i men's tennis team (5-8, 0-0 Big West) heads back to California for a pair of road matches. The Rainbow Warriors will open their roadtrip with a match at Sonoma State (Pac West) on Sunday, March 31 at 12:00 p.m. HT. Hawai'i will then open their Big West slate with a match at UC Davis (9-5, 0-0 Big West) on Tuesday, April 2nd.
The Rainbow Warriors are led by freshman No. 1
Andre Ilagan ans sophomore No. 2
Lucas Labrunie. Ilagan has emerged as a steady No. 1 for the 'Bows with a 6-5 dual match record. He has won three of his last five matches and is looking to get back in the win colum this week. Labrunie has won his last two matches to improve to 7-5 overall and 6-5 in dual matches.
UH's No. 3
Blaz Seric has had a power surge and has won his last three dual match decisions. Most recently, he came back after dropping the first set to Grand Canyon's Valentin Lang, 5-7, 7-5, 6-2. After a slow start, Seric has found his grove and is now 4-7 overall. He has also won two of his last two doubles matches.
