The Hawai'i cross country team will head to the mainland for the final time in 2019 and compete in the NCAA West Regional at the Colfax Golf Course in Colfax, Wash on Friday.
The Rainbow Wahine are coming off a near seventh-place finish at the Big West Championships two weeks ago and are looking to end the year strong with fast times in chilly eastern Washington.
