Men's Tennis Heads To Maui To Battle No. 15 Oklahoma State

WAILEA, Maui—The University of Hawai'i men's tennis team (1-9,0-0 Big West) will hop over to the island of Maui to battle No. 15 Oklahoma State (15-4, 0-0 Big 12) on Wednesday, March 21 at 11:00 a.m. at the Wailea Tennis Club.
 
Most recently, the Rainbow Warriors finished in fourth place at the Golden State Invitational in Sacramento, Calif. The 'Bows knocked off Sacramento State, 6-1 to capture its first dual match win of the season. In the win, No. 2 Felix Albert, No. 3 Lucas Labrunie, No. 4 Aleksa Lazarevic, No. 5 Fabian Woehrl, and No. 6 Tristan Martins all captured singles wins in that match with LaBrunie clinching the match with a 7-6 (5), 6-3 win over Kasparas Zemaitelis.
 
Overall, four Rainbow Warriors—LaBruinie, Lazarevic, Martins and Woehrl all have recorded a team-high three wins in singles.
 
The 15th-ranked Oklahoma State Cowboys come to Hawai'i with three ranked players in singles and one doubles team ranked in the Top 30. OSU's Julian Cash is their top-ranked player at No. 68, with Artur Dubinski coming in at NO. 83 and Nathieu Scaglia ranked at No. 111. The duo of Luke Hannon and Cash are currently ranked at No. 29.
