UH Swimming and Diving Continue to Impress with Separate Events in Texas

College Station, Tx.—The University of Hawai'i men's and women's swim team went to Texas A&M in search of a challenge and to give themselves the opportunity to matchup with some of the best competition the NCAA has to offer. Austin, Tx.— Head coach Michael Brown took his men's and women's diving squad to his old stomping grounds at the University of Texas to give his divers one of their more difficult tests to date. After the first two days, a UH diver has yet to crack the top eight, but Brown is looking forward to the third day of competition with the platform dive coming up.

"We have had some good showings," said Brown. "But we are competing at a very high level. We've been close, but maybe tomorrow will give us a better chance."
