PRINCEVILLE, Kaua'i – University of Hawai'i sophomore
Justin Arcano fired a career-low 6-under 66 on the final day of the Warrior Princeville Makai Invitational Tuesday at The Makai Golf Club.
Arcano's round featured seven birdies and was the lowest score by a UH golfer since Scotty Yamashita shot 62 at the Alister MacKenzie Invitational in 2014. For the tournament, Arcano finished 8-under 208 and in a five-way tie for 10
thplace, marking his lowest 54-hole score and first career Top 10.
As a team, the Rainbow Warriors carded a final round 2-over 290 for an 874 total and 18
thplace finish.
Pepperdine captured the team title at 836, edging out Missouri (838) and defending champion Louisville (839). Individually, McNeese State's Blake Elliott took medalist honors at 18-under 198 followed by Louisville's John Murphy (201) and Pepperdine's Joshua McCarthy (203).

The Rainbow Warriors will next travel to Maui to host the Kā'anapali Classic Collegiate Invitational, Nov. 2-4 at the Royal Kā'anapali Golf Course. The 20-team field includes seven Top 50 programs highlighted by seventh-ranked Oklahoma and No. 15 Clemson.
