Rainbow Wahine Place 16th At St. Mary’s Regatta

ST. MARY'S CITY, Md. – The University of Hawai'i Rainbow Wahine sailing team finished 16th at the St. Mary's Women's Intersectional, held March 18-19.
 
A total of 26 races – 13 each in the A and B divisions – were completed over the weekend with 18 schools competing. Boston College captured the regatta with a low score of 150, followed by Charleston (161), and Brown (167).
 
The Rainbow Wahine scored 189 points in the A division and 166 points for a total of 355 points. Louise Currie, Megan Zamzow, and Megan Lucas sailed in the A division for UH, while Caitlin Schadt, Jazlene Rojas, and Gianna Bailey competed in the B divison.
 
Up next for the Rainbow Wahine is the St. Francis Invitational in San Francisco, April 1-2.
