FULL RESULTS

ST. PETERSBURG, FLA. - The University of Hawai'i women's sailing team placed fifth at the USF Women's Intersectional in South Florida this weekend.

Host school South Florida caputred the regatta, followed by the College of Charleston, Eckerd College and Jacksonville University. A total of seven teams sailed in varying divisions.

UH's A Division team led by Louise Currie, Megan Zamzow and Kelly Sojka placed 8th overall and totaled 108 points. The B Division team led by Caitlin Schadt, Annika Garrett, Danielle Ahir and Kelly Sojka scored 136 points and placed 10th overall.

Next up, the UH women's team will compete in the St. Mary's Women's Regatta in St. Mary's, Maryland on March 18-19. The coed team will compete in the Stanford Team Race on February 25-26 in California.
