HONOLULU – Competing away from O'ahu for the past month, the University of Hawai'i cross country team will be making its first local appearance of October this weekend at the Hawai'i Pacific Invitational in Kahuku.
Running a very limited two-runner squad in the local event, sophomore
Alison Bowman and freshman
Jeanalyn Wadsack-Myers will take on the familiar home course at Kahuku Golf Course on Saturday morning. Bowman will be competing in her first race since the Sundodger Invitational on Sept. 16, while Wadsack-Myers will be making her UH debut.
Races begin at Kahuku Golf Course at 7:00 a.m.
