Game Notes
HONOLULU – The Hawai'i women's soccer team can finish its non-conference season with the best nine-match start in program history if it can escape Colorado Springs with a win against Air Force on Tuesday. The Rainbow Wahine are 6-1-1 in 2016, and have never been better than 7-2 through nine games of any season.
Standing in their way, however, is an Air Force team coming off back-to-back road shutout victories. The Falcons (2-1-1) knocked off Green Bay 2-0 on Aug. 28, then after a two-week layoff beat Weber State 2-0 on Sept. 11. Colorado is the only mutual opponent of Air Force and Hawai'i this season, dealing both the Falcons and Rainbow Wahine their only losses of the season, each by two scores.

After facing Air Force, the Rainbow Wahine will get a break of their own before opening up Big West Conference play at Cal Poly on Sept. 30.
