HONOLULU—The University of Hawai'i women's tennis team hosts its final regular season match against Big West foe, CSUN on Friday, April 8 at 3:00 pm. The Rainbow Wahine enter the match with a 9-9 overall record and a 3-3 mark in conference. The Matadors come to Honolulu with an 8-10 overall record with a 2-3 record in the Big West.
Freshman
Marina Hruba leads UH with a 17-1 overall singles record, going 14-1 in dual matches. Fellow freshman
Roxanne Resma is second on the squad with a 12-6 record—going 8-2 at No. 5 and 7-5 at No. 6.
In doubles,
Cindy Nguyen and Resma lead the Rainbow Wahine with an 11-6 overall record, going 9-5 in dual matches—including 9-3 on the No. 2 court.
It will be the final home match for UH's three seniors—
Sarah Gealer,
Paulina Petriskova and
Arthi Reddy.
