HONOLULU – The University of Hawai'i football team will look to snap a three-game losing streak with its Mountain West finale against Fresno State, Saturday, Nov. 19. Kick-off is 4:00 p.m. PT (2:00 p.m. HT) at Bulldog Stadium.

With a win, the Rainbow Warriors (4-7, 3-4 MW) would finish MW play with a .500 mark for the first time since joining the conference in 2012. UH will also look to snap a five-game losing streak to the Bulldogs (1-9, 0-6), who enter the contest having lost eight straight.

UH has found recent success against the 'Dogs in Fresno with wins in 2006 and '08, however, Fresno State has won the last two meetings in Bulldog Stadium in 2012 and '14, the latter of which clinched the West Division title and MW Championship Game berth.

The game will feature two of the best kickers in the Mountain West in UH's Rigoberto Sanchez and FS's Kody Kroening, who have combined to make 24 straight field goal attempts. The duo has combined to convert 79-of-80 field goal and PAT attempts this season. Kroening is a semifinalist for the Lou Groza Award (nation's top kicker) while Sanchez, who doubles as UH's punter, was a candidate for the Ray Guy Award (nation's top punter).

Game Notes
Fresno State has won the last five games in the series, however, three of those wins were by a touchdown or less. Prior to that, UH had won four of five, including wins in Fresno in 2006 (68-37) and 2008 (32-29)…UH's 21 wins over Fresno State is most of any opponent in program history. FS is also UH's most played rival with 49 meetings between the teams dating back to 1938…A UH win would give the Warriors their most league wins in a single-season since joining the Mountain West in 2012 and their highest overall win total since 2010 (10)…UH surrendered 50-plus points in its last two games (out-scored 107-16). The Warriors also allowed 50-plus points in back-to-back games to open the season, however, they rebounded to win its next game…Wideout Marcus Kemp needs 72 receiving yards for 1,000 on the season. He would become UH's first 1,000-yard receiver in the last five years (Royce Pollard, 2011) and would mark the 19th time a UH receiver surpassed the milestone…Both placekickers have made a combined 24 consecutive field goal attempts and all 55 PATs. UH's Rigoberto Sanchez has made all 11 of his FG attempts while FS kicker Kody Kroening has made 13 straight after missing his first attempt of the season…After averaging 36.0 points and 457.5 yards of total offense per game in its first four MW contests, UH is averaging 12.3 points and 290.7 yards of total offense per game in its last three league games.
