Full Results

STANFORD, Calif. – The University of Hawai'i sailing team finished fifth at the 2015 McIntyre Team Race last weekend at Stanford University. The annual Team Race is held at Stanford each year to remember the life of Jeremy McIntyre.

Day one of the team race saw almost every direction of breeze with storms swirling around the competitors as they sailed 24 round robin races to kick off the weekend. The next day, the weather provided a sunny backdrop but lacked a stable breeze. The sailors topped off the races with eight round robin.

UH went 4-4, with skippers Chuck Eaton, Jeremy Hitchcock, and Giacomo Paoletti leading the crew of Katrina Berry, Patrick Manuel and Cole Brauer.
The two Stanford squads finished first and second, going 8-0 and 7-1, respectively.

The 'Bows will continue action on the road Mar. 6-8 in Los Angeles, Calif. for the LA Harbor Cup.
