ANNAPOLIS, Md. – The University of Hawaii women's sailing team finished in 15
th place at the Navy Women's Intersectional held March 8-9 at Severn River. Yale claimed the 20-team regatta with a low of 145 points.
A total of 24 races—12 in each the A and B divisions—were completed in blustery but otherwise enjoyable conditions. UH totaled 295 points for the weekend as the A division team of
Madeline Kennedy and
Katrina Berry posted 138 points (16
th), while the B division trio of
Cecilia Jansson,
Annie Kelly and
Louise Currie finished with 167 points (16
th).
The Rainbow Wahine next compete in the St. Francis Collegiate Invitational in San Francisco, March 29-30.
