HONOLULU—The University of Hawai'i women's basketball team (12-10, 6-4 Big West) takes on Cal State Fullerton in a pivotal Big West tilt. Hawai'i is currently in third place with a 6-4 conference record, but the Titans are right behind at 5-4. Overall, CSF is 9-13 under first year head coach Daron Park.

Hawai'i rebounded after going 1-3 on their most recent 4-game, 11-day road trip with a 67-54 win over UC Riverside.
Morgan Mason led the 'Bows scoring a career-high 15 points and tying her career-high with seven rebounds against the Highlanders.
Kamilah Jackson was her steady self, recording her 12th double-double of the season with 13 points and 14 rebounds.
Ashleigh Karaitiana added nine points off the bench.

Hawai'i is now 4-1 in conference home games while going 2-3 on the road in the BWC. All four of UH's conference losses were by a combined 11 points and include two overtime games.

The Titans' Chante Miles and Alex Thomas lead their squad averaging 13.5 and 13.2 points a game respectively. Miles has dished out a team-high 98 assists while swiping a team-high 26 steals. Kathleen Iwuoha is averaging a team-best 7.1 boards a game with a total of 150. The Titans come to Hawai'i with a 2-3 home Big West record while going 3-1 in conference road games.

Last season UH and CSF split their regular season series with each team winning on their home court. But, the Titans knocked the Rainbow Wahine out of the Big West tournament with a 66-51 win. Overall, the Titans lead the series against the 'Bows, 14-13.

Laura Beeman is in her second season with the Rainbow Wahine. She has a 29-24 record at UH. At Mt. San Antonio, she recorded a 390-110 record in the junior college ranks. Cal State Fullerton's Daron Park is in his first season as a head coach with a 9-13 record.
Series Information:Â Cal State Fullerton leads the series against Hawai'i by one game. CSF holds a 14-13 record over the 'Bows. Last season both teams won on their home courts, but the Titans knocked out the Rainbow Wahine in the Big West tournament (March 13, 2013), 66-51 just six days after UH defeated them in Honolulu, 53-43 (March 9, 2013).Â
