VIDEO: Pre-Game Interviews HONOLULU – The University of Hawai'i Rainbow Warrior football team will look to snap the nation's longest road losing streak when it travels to San Jose State, for a Mountain West match-up, Saturday, Nov. 15. Kick-off is 1:30 p.m. (11:30 a.m. HT) at Spartan Stadium.
The Rainbow Warriors (2-8, 1-4 MW) have lost 17 consecutive road games spanning four seasons with their last road win at Idaho in 2011. UH enters the contest having lost four straight while the Spartans (3-6, 2-3) have lost their last three.
The last three meetings in the series have come down to the wire. UH won overtime games in 2007 and '09 while the Spartans scored a late touchdown in the closing minute to win in 2011. Five of the last six meetings have been decided by 10 points or less. The former Western Athletic Conference rivals played their first MW game last season in Honolulu, which SJSU won 37-27.
Both teams suffered road defeats last week – UH dropped a 49-22 decision at No. 23 Colorado State while SJSU lost at Fresno State, 38-24. At 2-3, the Spartans are only one game off the West Division lead held by both Nevada (3-2) and San Diego State (3-2).

H-Zone Traveling To San Jose: H-Zone, the official merchandising operation for UH Athletics, is going on the road with the UH football team this weekend and will be selling UH Athletics branded products at two different locations in San Jose, California. On Friday, H-Zone will be at the Rainbow Warrior Bash at the Hukilau (located at 230 Jackson Street) in San Jose from 6:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. On Saturday, H-Zone will be at the UH Football Tailgate Party at the San Jose State baseball field (located next to Lot 6) from 9:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m. A large turnout of UH alumni and fans is expected at both events. Game Storylines: SJSU holds a slight 18-17-1 advantage in the all-time series which began in 1936.
