HONOLULU - The University of Hawai'i men's tennis team will open 2014 with a match against Sacramento State on January 19^th. Doubles play begins at 9:00 a.m. at the UH Tennis Complex.

The Rainbow Warriors closed the fall season this past December hosting Washington in singles and doubles flight matches. They won two out of three doubles flights matches from the Huskies with Carter Lam and Marcel Chan each earning victories in singles play.

Sacramento State enters the weekend as the four-time Big Sky Conference champion and have participated in the NCAA Tournament four straight seasons as well. The team wemt 17-13 last season with Marek Marksoo posting a 20-4 singles and 17-7 in doubles record. 

The Rainbow Warriors and Hornets met last year with UH coming out on top 5-2.
