HONOLULU – The University of Hawai`i women's tennis team competed in its first home match in almost a month, dropping a 6-1 decision to Cal State Northridge Friday afternoon at the UH Tennis Complex. The Rainbow Wahine dropped to 3-6 with the loss.
The match was a continuation of Wednesday's contest that was suspended due to rain.
The Matadors entered Friday holding a 3-1 lead. Cal State Northridge took the doubles point and won two of three courts in singles to move within one point of victory on Wednesday.
