Tournament Draw

HONOLULU – The University of Hawai'i men's tennis team travels to Malibu, Calif. to compete in the 2011 USTA/ITA Southwest Regional Championships.
 
The Rainbow Warriors will compete in both the singles and doubles competitions which run from Thursday, Oct. 20 through Monday, Oct. 24. All eight members of the team will make the trip to the regional which is hosted by Pepperdine University.
 
In singles action, seeded player Jonathan Brooklyn, along with David Schuster and Chris Meyer received first-round byes and will open the tournament with afternoon matches on Thursday.
 
Two of the four UH doubles teams also received first-round byes. The seeded team of Brooklyn and Danilo Casanova along with Schuster and Chas Okamoto and will open the tournament on Friday.
