Game Notes

HONOLULU - The University of Hawai'i women's basketball team returns to the island for a single game against San Jose State on Friday, Feb. 6 at 7 p.m. The game at the Stan Sheriff Center is the Rainbow Wahine's lone game this week.

 

The Rainbow Wahine return from the road where they went 1-1 last week, notching their first WAC victory of the season. UH beat Utah State, before losing at Idaho.

 

With eight games in conference under their belt, the Rainbow Wahine begin the second round of WAC play. UH hosts San Jose State, who beat the Rainbow Wahine earlier this season in San Jose.

 

Overall UH enters the week with a 4-17 record and a 1-7 WAC mark. San Jose State comes into the game with a 2-19 record and a 1-7 conference mark.
