HONOLULU - The University of Hawai'i women's basketball team hits the road for the second time in three weeks, traveling to Louisiana Tech and New Mexico State, beginning Friday, Feb. 13. The Rainbow Wahine conclude the road trip on Sunday, Feb. 15 at New Mexico State.
The Rainbow Wahine are into the second half of the WAC schedule, but will be facing both the Lady Techsters and the Aggies for the first time this year. Friday's game at Louisiana Tech begins at 7 p.m. CT and Sunday's game at New Mexico State begins at 5 p.m. MT.
Last week UH beat San Jose State 64-48 to improve to 2-7 in conference play and 5-17 overall. The Rainbow Wahine have won two out of their last three games.
The Rainbow Wahine open the road trip against the Lady Techsters, who are 12-11 overall and 5-4 in conference play. New Mexico State comes into the week 2-7 in conference play and 6-17 overall.
