Tara Hittle scored a career-high 17 points in the loss.
The Rainbow Wahine earned a road split after the loss to Idaho. UH beat Utah State on Friday night. After the weekend series, UH is now 4-17 overall and 1-7 in conference play. Idaho improved to 8-10 overall and 5-2 in WAC action.
Hittle led all scorers and set a career-high with 17 points, going 8-for-14 from the field and grabbing five rebounds. Hittle also added two blocks and one steal in 28 minutes of action.

Dita Liepkalne added 12 points, four rebounds and three assists and
Keisha Kanekoa had eight points, five rebounds and three assists.
In the first half, both teams shot the ball well from the outside as UH shot 48 percent and Idaho shot 47.4 percent. The Rainbow Wahine jumped out to an 8-3 lead to start the game, but Idaho eventually took the lead 15-13 and went on to carry a 33-26 lead at halftime.
The Rainbow Wahine return the island for one home game against San Jose State on Friday, Feb. 6 at 7 p.m. UH will hit the road following the single game, as it is in the middle of four road games out of five.
