HONOLULU – The University of Hawai'i Rainbow Wahine basketball team (3-5) returns to the hardwood after a week off from competition, playing in the Duel in the Desert tournament in Las Vegas, Nev., from Dec. 19-21.
Hawai'i will open the tournament against Kansas State (4-5) on Saturday, Dec. 19, at 7:30 p.m. (5:30 p.m. HT). They will then face either Virginia Commonwealth or host UNLV, depending on game results, at either 2:30 p.m. (12:30 p.m. HT) or 7:30 p.m. (5:30 p.m. HT), on Sunday, Dec. 20. UH will then close out the tournament with a game on Monday, Dec. 21, with time and opponent determined by results.

Every game in the Duel in the Desert will be broadcast online by Fox College Sports - Broadband through B2 Networks. Brenda VanLengan will be the announcer for all games, which can be accessed, for a fee, at www.b2tv.com.
