HONOLULU - The University of Hawai'i women's basketball team hits the road for a two-game trip beginning Friday, Jan. 30 against Utah State at 7 p.m. MT in Logan, Utah. The Rainbow Wahine wrap up the trip with a 2 p.m. PT game at Idaho on Sunday, Feb. 1 in Moscow, Idaho.
The Rainbow Wahine are looking to notch their first WAC win, and will be facing Utah State for the second straight game. The two teams faced each other Sunday, with the Aggies pulling out a 52-43 victory at the Stan Sheriff Center.
Following the rematch with Utah State, UH will face Idaho for the first time this season on Sunday, Feb. 1. The Rainbow Wahine swept the season series last season against the Vandals and are 8-0 all-time against them.
Overall UH enters the week with a 3-16 record and a 0-6 WAC mark. Utah State improved to 10-10 overall and 4-3 in conference play. Idaho is 7-10 overall, but 4-2 in conference play.
