Patricia Gauthier set a new school indoor record in the pole vault at the U.S. Pole Vault Summit, Saturday. The event featured the world's elite and collegiate best pole vaulters.
Gauthier cleared 3.75m (12-3.50), surpassing the old mark, which she held of 3.71m (12-1.50) set at the Washington Open #3 last February.
Also competing for the Rainbow Wahine were newcomers Samantha Weaver and Jessica Trujillo. Both cleared 3.35m (10-11.75), which was Weaver's new indoor personal best mark.
