RJ Ozoa-Aglugub joined the University of Hawai‘i Student-Athlete Academic Services department in July 2022 and currently holds the position of Academic Advisor.
In his role, Ozoa-Aglugub works directly with the football team and the men’s and women’s swimming and diving teams to support their academics, as well as their overall development, during their time at UHM.
Originally from the communities of Wahiawa and Kapolei on the island of O‘ahu, Ozoa-Aglugub played Division II soccer at Hawaii Pacific University before earning his B.S. in Psychology from Alcorn State University and his M.Ed in Higher Education Administration from the University of Hawai‘i.
He and his wife, Mykie, currently reside in Honolulu, O‘ahu.
