Kristi Lee Taniyama joined the University of Hawai‘i Athletics Department in July 2007.
 
Taniyama currently holds the position of Assistant Director of Student Athlete Services since 2007. In her role, Taniyama is responsible for processing scholarships, book reimbursements and assisting with financial aid.
 
She currently resides in Honolulu.
