Corbin Ross serves as Assistant Athletics Director of Facilities and Events at the University of Hawai'i at Manoa, where he oversees facilities operations, game management and event services across the department's venues. He serves as game manager for football, directs game management for all other home sports, and leads the professional staff who ensure every venue and event is ready for student-athletes, coaches and fans. He also serves as sport administrator for beach volleyball.

Since joining Hawai'i Athletics in February 2026, Ross has helped prepare the department's venues and game day operations for its transition to the Mountain West Conference. He oversees capital and venue improvements, facility scheduling and requests from outside groups to use athletics venues, coordinating closely with internal and external stakeholders. His work is driven by a commitment to delivering a first-class environment for student-athletes, staff and fans.

Ross brings more than a decade of progressive leadership across collegiate athletics, recreation, event management and the nonprofit sector. He has been part of the operational teams behind events at the highest levels of sport. He has led or supported facility use for organizations in the NFL, NBA, and MLS, and managed venues used in support of Super Bowl LVI, the U.S Olympic Trials, the USATF Outdoor Championships, the USATF U20 Championships, and Nike Outdoors Nationals.

Ross has taken on greater operational responsibility at every stop in his career, with experience spanning both athletics and recreation facilities. After beginning as a graduate assistant at the University of Nebraska–Lincoln, he advanced through roles at UMass Amherst, UCLA and the University of Oregon before arriving in Hawai'i. His experience across multiple Division I institutions informs a well-rounded approach to operations, strategic planning and people development.

A native of Oklahoma, Ross earned a bachelor's degree in Health Education and Promotion from Oklahoma State University, with additional study in sport facility management and recreation at the University of Wisconsin, and a master's degree in Educational Administration from Nebraska.

Originally from the landlocked plains of Oklahoma, Ross has embraced island life wholeheartedly, spending his free time at the beach, staying active outdoors and exploring Hawai'i. He brings that same curiosity to his professional life, approaching leadership as a lifelong practice built through experience, relationships and a genuine passion for service.
