2012 (Senior): Qualified for the NCAA West Preliminary round in the javelin…placed 34^th by posting a mark of 136-6 (41.62m)…finished seventh at the WAC Outdoor Championship with a throw of 137-6 (41.92m)…posted a new personal best mark of 145-0 (44.19m) at the Oxy Invitational, which ranks third all-time…named outdoor academic all-WAC.

2011 (Junior): Placed eighth in the javelin at the WAC Outdoor Championship with a mark of 134-10 (41.11m)…seasonal-best mark of 139-11 (42.66m) at the Rainbow Relays which ranks fifth on the all-time school list.

Prior To UH: Attended Neosho County Community College in Chanute, Kan…member of the track and field for two years…two-time conference champion in the javelin…named to the Vice Principal’s List.

Prep: A 2008 graduate of Shawnee Heights High School in Tecumseh, Kan…lettered four times in track and field…competed in the javelin, shot put, discus, and race walk events…placed third in the javelin at the state championship meet as a senior…also city champion in the javelin during her senior year…took sixth at state’s as a junior in the javelin…three-time city champion in the race walk competition.

Personal: Born in Topeka, Kan…intends to major in journalism…has one brother, Iain, who competes in javelin at the University of Kansas…parents are Bradley Trimble and Elizabeth Frevert of Overbrook, Kan.
