Dustin Caldwell recently joined the University of Hawai‘i cross country and track and field team as the team manager. Caldwell, a native of Kansas, is majoring in pre-medicine and biology/kinesiology.
Caldwell is a former emergency room technician who was responsible for medical and trauma related patient care. He was also the Fitness and Speed Training Director and an assistant strength coach. He was responsible for training high school, college, NFL and MLB athletes for gains in strength, speed, and agility.
Caldwell will be in charge of groundskeeping and maintenance of Cooke Field and assist the coaching staff with administrative duties.
He resides in Honolulu and enjoys sailing, diving, surfing, and kayaking. He also volunteers for the American Red Cross.
